What does each design package include?
Every package includes a mood board, floor plan, colour scheme, 3D photo-like render, personalised shopping list with clickable links, styling tips and two weeks of revisions and support. Each package is tailored to the specific room you choose.
How long does a design take?
Most packages are completed within two weeks from the moment you provide all the required information (photos, measurements and your questionnaire). Smaller spaces may be quicker.
Do you offer in‑person visits?
All design services are completed online, allowing you to work at your own pace and in your own time. This keeps the process flexible, affordable and accessible no matter where you live.

Online design gives you the freedom to work in your own time, at your own pace, without the pressure of appointments, site visits or tight schedules. Why not AI?
AI tools can be fun for quick inspiration, but they can’t replace a trained designer. My designs are created by hand, with real expertise, thoughtful layout planning, practical solutions and styling tailored to your lifestyle, budget and home. You get a design that actually works in your space — not a generic AI image that ignores measurements, plumbing, electrics and real‑world constraints.
How do I send you my room details?
After booking, you’ll receive a simple questionnaire where you can upload photos, measurements and any inspiration. This gives me everything I need to start designing your space.
Can I request changes to my design?
Yes — you’ll receive up to two revisions within a two‑week period. Any additional revisions can be added for a small fee.
Can I cancel my package?
You can cancel your package before work begins for a full refund. Once design work has started, refunds are not available.
What if I don’t like the design?
Your Design Proposal includes up to two revisions so we can refine the layout, colours and furniture choices until it feels right. If you’d like further changes, these can be added as an extra service.
Do you help with shopping and sourcing?
Yes — you’ll receive a personalised shopping list with clickable links. You can purchase items directly from the retailers at your own pace.
Do you work with specific budgets?
Yes — your design is created around your budget. Whether you prefer affordable finds or investment pieces, your shopping list will reflect your preferences.
What happens if an item goes out of stock?
If something becomes unavailable, I’ll help you find a suitable alternative that fits the same style, budget and overall design direction. Product availability can change quickly, so any replacements will be sourced at the time you’re ready to purchase
Can you work with my existing furniture?
Absolutely — I’m very happy to incorporate your existing pieces into the design. I’ll create a layout and styling plan that blends what you already have with any new items, ensuring the space feels cohesive and intentional.
