How It Works

Stage 1 — Discovery

We begin with an initial video call to discuss the high‑level brief. You’ll then receive a Design Questionnaire, followed by a site visit for a detailed conversation about your space, business needs, and any existing fixtures or furniture you’d like to retain.
This stage is all about listening, clarifying your goals, and establishing a clear brief that sets the foundation for a tailored design journey.

Stage 2 — Concept Development

Once the brief is confirmed, I begin developing the concept. This includes exploring palettes, textures, materials, and lighting to define the mood and direction of your space.
I gather inspiration, reference imagery, and material samples, then curate a cohesive mood board. A preliminary floor plan is created to support spatial planning.
The concept is presented at a scheduled meeting, where we review the mood board together and secure your approval before moving forward.

Stage 3 — Design Finalisation

With the concept approved, the design is refined into a fully resolved scheme. This includes detailed layouts, furniture and fixture selections, finishes, and styling direction.
We meet again to present the final design, supported by 2D and 3D visuals, along with curated fabric, paint, and material samples.
Every element is considered with intention to ensure the final design feels cohesive, functional, and aligned with your goals.

Stage 4 — Styling & Execution

Once the design is complete, you’ll receive a fully curated shopping list — organised, clickable, and ready to use at your own pace. This option is ideal for clients who prefer to manage implementation themselves.

Prefer a hands‑off approach?
I can coordinate with trusted contractors, obtain quotes, manage procurement, and return to style and dress the space. This full turnkey service ensures your project is delivered with care, precision, and minimal disruption.
